Arianna Dukaj is a dedicated and passionate apprentice at RUNWAY Salon & Beauty Bar, driven by a deep interest in the beauty industry and a strong commitment to continuous growth.
Currently training within a high-level salon environment, Arianna is developing hands-on experience in hair care, styling techniques, and elevated client service while learning alongside some of the industry’s most experienced artists. Her role allows her to fully immerse herself in the RUNWAY standard—where precision, professionalism, and luxury define every detail.
She plays an essential role in daily salon operations, assisting stylists, preparing clients for services, and maintaining a pristine, organized workspace to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing experience. Through her apprenticeship, Arianna is building a strong foundation in cutting, coloring, and styling, while expanding her knowledge of products, techniques, and evolving beauty trends.
